400m run
push ups x 10
sit ups x 15
Front Squats x 20

In lieu of the run, add sumo high dead lifts with a time of 16:02

Every one did awesome today. I know it was probably a little rough going from the workouts of last week to a 15-20 minute metcon like we did but you all did great. Jennifer and Susan both pushed through some injury's to post great times on the WOD and Jaime was flying on the runs today. Hope to see every one out there next Tuesday its goona be a blast

Pretty decent time for this workout. It came in at @ 16:35 - 16:40. Thanks for the "Jamie was flying on the runs"!!! Felt good-but was hard work! Technique on staying on toes really helps guys!
