Strong work man, and thanks for the comment on my blog (http://vinaykatari.blogspot.com). Crossfit looks pretty legit man and I love the fact that it is core-centric. That is something I definitely want to concentrate on more. I plan to start doing some cross fit in the near future but I still have some "warming" up to do.

This workout was a blast--as in the hip flexers and thighs were blasted. The run made it that much more of a "blast". Time; 15:07 (I think--it was a "mind blaster" as well!!!!)
