WOD 100611 Lunge, Pull, Sit

W/U: Run 400 M, 15 Squats, 15 Push-ups. Hip openers, Shoulder Mobility circuit


You will get your sit-up an Pull-ups Work during the WOD today. So only do enough to warm up and not enough to fatigue the muscles.
