You will get three attempts at each lift. The first attempt should be at a weight you can do for a heavy set of three. Your next set should be a weight you know you can lift based on what you just did for a set of three, and your third is the weight you want to lift based on your first two. Your Warm-ups for each lift should start at the lightest weight you normally use in your warm-ups and end at ninety percent of your first lift. You should know before coming in that perfect form will be demanded on your first and second lift if you expect to be allowed to increase the weights on your subsequent attempts.
