Alright it's a few days after the Thanksgiving Gluttony fest. Plus you have had a few days to get through those left overs. Who is planning to Lose Weight, eat better, or some other immeasurable goal. I hope it is none of you, Our 6 week Goal challenge is under way and each of you are on your way to reaching those goals. When you hear your friends talking about their new years resolution or about how they need to loose weight after the holidays just ask them why they want to wait till after and bring them in with you to a Saturday WoD and let them experience the fun of CrossFit for themselves.
