WOD 101206 "Banded Box Back Squats"

This is exactly what it sounds like. Load up a bar attach a band lower down to a box stand up. Do it again and rack the bar then add more weight and repeat working up to a heavy double. You need to record the height of the box, the size of the band and the total weight on the bar.
