Correy has already reached his 6 week goal with 3 weeks
still left. How are you doing working towards your goals. Monitor
your progress and reassess what you think your goals should be
Correy has obviously set a new goal of hitting multiple muscle-ups.
Next time you come into the gym take a look at your Goals
and think about how far you have come. If you think it needs to be
changed then please talk to me, and we can come up with a modified
goal.
