Weighted/ Banded Push-ups

Talk about constantly varied right? Who would have thought to do banded push-ups and now we are doing them for 1 rep maxes. Yup thats exactly right. Whether you kids like to pretend your a horse and go for a ride or you gave up your back to the opponent in an octagon moving your body weight against resistance is a functional ability we all need. So Pick a band and start adding weight to your push-ups. You will need a partner to help stack the weight. Movement starts in the plank position and finishes in the plank position. If you cannot not do push-ups to the ground yet then just use bands at what ever scaling you normally use and do a few extra reps. For added excitement ask me how you can use bands in on the ring push-ups.
