Today we are going to find you one Rep Max on Front squats with a band attached. You will use a mini Purple band attached to dumbbells on the ground and to the bar. This is just like the back squats we did a while ago.
In other news there are some upcoming events that every one needs to be aware of and I have mentioned them in the gym a number of times. Just a little reminder here.
The first is the CrossFit Stone Making Party on the 29th and 30th of January. Pay 900 bucks and you get your own stone making kit. Pay 50$ and you get to go hang out with a bunch of CrossFitters down at CrossFit by Overload
The second is the Spartan Race on February 26th register soon if you are interested in going talk to the other members of the gym to form a team and get a team discount.
