Recently we have been doing very specific warm-ups during at CFT. Whether it was the barbell the gymnastics or the burgener the warm-up for that day served a specific purpose. Each of them was designed to develop specific skills relevent to CrossFit WoD's and be finished in about 10 minutes if you have scaled them propperly and move efficently. Sometimes I will have one prescribed on the board and if so stick to it. If not then choose the one that hits your weak areas best. It is important that you move quickly and efficiently so that we can move on to some skill development, mobility work and the WoD in a timely manner.
