Spring Leaning Challenge official Kick Off is Today.
This week is your last chance to sign up. as of right now there are 6 people signed up for a total of $210 at stake for the winner
so far our contestants are :

The Rules again are very simple

  • Do the Baseline WOD for the challenge this week 
  • Alyssa
    Keep a record of the meals you eat for the 12 weeks 
  • Do the baseline WOD again at the end of the 12 weeks

  • keep an accurate and complete food log during the challenge 
  • Improve the most in the base line WoD over the 12          weeks

Tips for success:

  • This is a marathon not a sprint that being said getting off to a good start can set you up for success the rest of the way where as going out and having a binge day or week sometime this week can make it a struggle the whole way
  • Remember this is a challenge based on performance not weight loss so you should eat accordingly I recommended the Zone but whatever fits your lifestyle just pick it and stick to it. What you do and how well you stick to it will explain why you are at the top of the list at the end or the bottom

  • Since this is a performance based challenge once you know the WOD don't be afraid to do a little extra work during the challenge 200 bucks is worth and extra 15 minutes at the end of the WOD each day... Tabatta's are great for this 
  • Struggling with something Feel free to talk to Me I have done this and I know that it works and I know what it is like to struggle through it. Correy has also done this and can answer questions  
  • Cheat days are not a must but it is a good idea to plan them so that you do not start taking them irregularly (and end up with 3 or 4 a week )  don't take one for the first two weeks of whatever you choose to do and then figure out when you need one and plan for it.
  • Drink lots and lots and lots and lots of water. Whatever you do will help curb hunger as well as just being the best thing most of us can do to improve our health
