WOD 110317 "Clean and Jerk"

So that was pretty Epic today right. Every one who came in just competed in a professional sport on some level or another. Which makes every one at the gym with a professional athlete... Right? Every one seemes to have fun with the no rep standards and most everyone had an improvement in their movements when they were rigidly imposed. If only I had a way to provide judges for every single workout... hmmm. Wait I know You can be your own judge. We all have a pretty good idea of when our form starts to break down and when movements may not be what they are supposed to. While I cannot watch every one in the gym constantly and I do not typically give out no reps during a workout you can do that yourself very easily.. and you should. It will give you more accurate times and holding out selfs to a higher standard never hurts us especially when our goal is bettering ourself.

As for the Games WOD we will hold another WOD on Saturday at 10 am. we will be holding our regular 4 pm work out as well that day. If you are interested in trying again at another time I am willing to come in but it will depend on my schedule as well.
