Some things to keep in mind with the new spring season and upcoming summer months.
It is going to get HOT. We will continue to RUN OUTSIDE.
yes it will be hot especially for the early after noon classes, all that this means is that you need to remember to drink lots of water during the day, and during your warm-ups. If you hydrate properly through out the day before and after a WOD you will not dehydrate yourself during one of our workouts.
It is up to you to make sure you are always drinking enough water.
How do you tell if you are drinking enough water?
Simple your pee is clear.
Make sure it stays that way during the day and you will be fine. I will not stop developing all ten of your physical fitness domains because it becomes uncomfortable to practice one. It is also up to you to continue to perform each work out with intensity so that you can reap the benefits of your hard work.
No Matter if we are having the rain storm of the century or the heat wave of the century come prepared to Perform the WOD as it is written on the Blog.
