WOD 110627

We are starting back up with some dedicated strength work each day. So make sure you arrive on time or even a few minutes early to get warmed up and be ready to lift from the get go. We will be resetting to a slightly lower weight than what you ended with, but still come in with an Idea of the weight you want to hit.
