WoD 110808 "CrossFit Total"

CrossFit Total
1RM Back Squat
1RM Shoulder Press
1RM Dead Lift

Its been a while since our last total but now we get to see how all of your strength work has paid off. Please be on time and ready to get going we will start warming up right away in each class and moving quickly to each of the lifts. You should have some idea of what numbers you will be hitting with all of the strength work we have done lately.
