Complete 4 rounds

you have 4 minutes to complete a 400 m Sprint. Use whatever time is remaining after your run to get max reps on the following movements

Nick had 60 burpees from 4 penalties on Yesterdays
WoD. Today he said he has a growing appreciation
for the movement
Round 1 : Pull-ups
Round 2 : scott-ups
Round 3 : push-ups

In Round 4 you will use any remaining time to achieve a 1 RM Shoulder To Over head.

Your score is total reps plus heaviest weight lifted


It would also be smart to get your 400m Split times
