WoD 110829

5 Rounds

1 Dead Lift
1 Squat Clean
1 Front Squat
1 Thruster
1 Jerk

Rest 1 Minute between Rounds. Aim to increase weight on each round. If you fail on a rep stop that round and count a penalty. Lower the weight and then begin again after a minutes rest. You must successfully complete 5 rounds.



For every penalty counted perform 5HSPU immediatley after the fifth rounf. Score is heaviest weight used plus total time to finish work out including  HSPU
