WoD 111114 Back squats

Back Squat
1-1-1-1-1-1-1
Change it up this week. If you did High bar last week do low bar this week. No Bands try it with some or maybe some chains instead. Or even use the Axel.  Pick one aspect of the lift and change it.

20 walking lunges
10 weighted step ups ( ea leg)
5 squat box jumps
