12 Sumo Dead Lifts (135#)
15 Toes to Bar

Remember for the accessory work just like any other WoD the
rx'd Weight is a recommendation. The point of it is not to get the
fastest time but instead work on and improve the strength of some weaker parts of the lift. Adjust the weight up or down accordingly in each round, Including the first.
