Those of you competing in the Open remember that Wednesday should be a lighter day for you, so bring it hard on this one and start your recovery right after. That means all the things we have been talking about, proper nutrtion, extra mobility work, sleep, all of it needs to be taken care of. Everyone has done a geat job so far during the open, lets keep it up.
