Important Schedule Update moving forward all afternoon classes are moved back 15 minutes. This is to accommodate a couple things. This first and most important is the addition of a Kids class from 3:30 to 4:15. The kids classes will be for ages 8-12 and already has 3 athletes. New comers are more than welcome and will be able to start right away. The second reason is to allow more time for people to make it in to the gym on time. Many people have been rushed getting in to the gym lately this extra 15 minutes will allow time for people to show up like normal get some extra mobility work in on their problem areas or if they are running late still make it in with out missing any of the warm up.
