Power Snatch
1 Set of 1 Rep @ 60%
1 Set of 1 Rep @ 70%
1 Set of 1 Rep @ 75%
3 Sets of 1 Rep @ 80%

Met Con
Death By Pull Ups
on the first minute complete 1 pull up
On the second minute complete 2 pull ups
on the third minute complete 3 pull ups
continue until you can no longer complete the required number of pull ups in the minute
