Chest is too far out in front and the bar is behind midline, possibly to compensate. Looks like an OHS or snatch? Tighten the midline throughout the movement, stabilize the shoulders and keep weight in the heels. At that weight mass probably didn't even feel it, But as the weights get heavier he will have to clean that up.
