Last Bench Mark of the Week
This has been a great opportunity to repeat some work outs and do some new ones. While it has still been a tough week, you should be feeling good and ready to get back to our regular programming next week. Make sure you continue to use the rest of the week to recover and come in ready for our normal hard work every class.

Today everyone got to experience the joy of a 2k Row expect more rowing in the next few weeks, as we make up time and catch rowing up with the rest of your ability.
