WoD 121102

Every so often you should try a different class time.
Other wise you might never get to see something like this. 
Warm Up:
3 Rounds of 5 push ups, ring rows ,dips, l-hang 10 sec w chin over bar

4x400m Run OT3M
Met-con
15 m AMRAP   
9 kettle bell swings
12 box jumps
15 sit-ups
