Did you miss this past Saturdays Fun Fest?

and need your help be back after lunch by 1 pm

Warm Up

 10 shoulder touches
 10 sec frog stand
 5 knee through elbows on rings ( work up to skin the cats )

Skill:

Tabata Goat work 90% 1 min max pace

Speed:

Farmers Carry: 6 x 50 ft carries

DB Push Press 15 reps (45/35lbs)
Sit Ups 20 reps
Double Unders  25 Reps
