Nutrition Challenge Retest.

This week is the final Week of the Nutrition challenge. In Order to make sure you are all at your best we will be doing the Re-test Monday. the rest of this week will still count however for attendance, and journals. as a reminder the work out is

Final a Note on Scores 
Below are the current standings and their allotted points remember however that there are still roughly 62 points available ( out of 100 ) with most of those tied up in your performance tomorrow and how much you have improved over all. Come in a with a game plan and stick to it. Your results depend entirely on your dedication to Nutrition and your consistency in the gym. 6 weeks is not a lot of time to make huge changes but with a strict Nutrition plan like the one I presented you and a consistent gym schedule you can expect a PR tomorrow.
