If you have not signed up, why not. " because I'm not going to win" is a terrible reason not to sign up. Everybody every year does something they didn't thing they were capable of doing. Every Person. Every Year. Don't be left out.

Whats the Deal With the Open?
This year we are approaching the open a little bit differently. We will continue our normal programming with the exception that Wednesday night at 5'oclock we will be watching them announce the open work out live and also be watching people perform them live. ( yes this will be during the first part of the 5:15 class.) The Open work out will be our metcon on Thursday all day ( so why not sign up you will be doing it anyways ). If you are not signed up ( Shame on You) don't change anything, just keep doing what you are doing. If you are Signed up treat it like you olympics. I recommend working out Monday and Tuesday with Tuesday being a slightly lighter day. ( you will have to scale back you weights and possibly reps ) come in for the announcement at 5pm but other wise take Wednesday off exept for some light skill work and lots of mobility Then Hit it hard on Thursday ( with the open work out) Friday and saturday. For those of you who did it last year you will have score to compare to, for those of you for whom this is your first year I Commend you. Get ready to have Fun Guys.

There will now be a 730am class Wed Morning
There will also be a 6:15 class on Wednesdays again.
We are also adding a 930 am class on Monday Wednesday and Friday
For the next two weeks will be running an ONRAMP on Tuesday Thursday and Friday at 7:15pm
and on Monday Wed Friday at 8:30 am It is not too late for your friends to sign up.
Also as a Reminder The Gym is open from 2pm to 8pm Monday through Friday. If there is not class running then it is open gym. ( if there is a class running and you want to get in some extra work Open gym is availiable then too just realize that Classes take priority.)
Also Most of you have Met out newest coach Larry, He has been observing, assisting, and teaching OnRamps and other small classes for the past few months and has started to work his way into normal classes. Very soon you guys will see a couple more faces in the Coaching Role. Jon Hamlin, and Fred Chun are both working on their skills as coaches in hopes to serve you guys.
