WoD 130417

After only a week those of you doing the extra work are showing great improvements. Technique, is the most surprising part to me. Those of you who have been consistently hitting the extra lifting work have come a long way already. Just goes to show what consistent practice can do. We had a little less volume yesterday but today we are hitting it hard again. Tomorrow is a rest day though so give it all you have today. I look forward to seeing you guys in there. Today we had a brief drill session on Running Technique, I hope you were paying attention because we have quite a bit of running coming our way. I want you to try to think of running as a skill, much like the snatch or a muscle up. Slow down and learn to do it right before trying to push for speed. This will greatly improve you times and also help eliminate some of the nagging injuries a few of you have.
