First it is a progression each week builds on the one before it. We will be working in waves where we increase the volume and intensity for a few weeks and then back off for a week.
It is also a long term program, Meaning we are laying the ground work right now for gains to be made later.
It is a HIGH VOLUME program, Lots of reps, Lots of Work. But it is designed with a purpose. If you are having trouble recovering, then work on your recovery. Eat and Sleep More, More SMR, and Scale Just because there is more work does not mean it shouldn't be scaled. Scale the weight scale the reps, and vary the way you scale the work.
Finally it is assumes that you have good technique especially on the Olympic Lifts, so if you still have some major flaws in common movements this program is not yet for you, spend you time improving your movement first and then we can up the volume.
