Self Test Day:
For those who started the class at the beginning of the year this is a good time to do a check up with just over a month left of classes and for those who were not present on the initial test day you will be able to see how much you can improve in just over a month of training in the bootcamp/ CrossFit type classes.
WOD
Run 1 mile for time
Rest 5 minutes or so
Max reps in 1 minute of :
push-ups
rest 3 minutes
squats
rest 3 minutes
sit ups
post times and reps to comments
