tight during his shoulder presses...
NICE
Run 400m
then
3 rounds for time of
Walking lunges x 20
Pullups x 10
Push-ups x 10
Then
 run 400 m

Do it fast
Do it hard

Way to push us on the "hand-stand" push ups. Don't think we could've finished doing push ups in an actual handstand. Shoulders are blasted-who needs a gym! Time for 3/23 w/o - 5.09.
