Surprise its a test day
so its been about 2 months since we started this whole CrossFit thing. If you remember the very first day we did a baseline test that consisted of a 1 mile run, 1 minute of sit ups, 1 minute of push-ups, and 1 minute of squats so guess what today is is going to be ....
1 Mile Run
1 Minute squats
1 Minute push ups
1 minute sit ups
advice for the WOD today. This is not just another WOD this is the only WOD you will be repeating during your time with me. So be prepared to BRING IT. Many of you did not finish the mile in under 10 last time so that would be a great goal to set. Others had a super hard time with the push ups or squats or sit ups. Think back to your times before and KNOW that Today you are going to DESTROY those scores
