You can't expect a new meal every day but these past couple I have had some extra time on my hands so here is another great 4 block zone meal.
- 4oz steak rubbed down with your choice of seasoning
- 1/2 cup onions
- 1/2 cup corn
- 1 cup green beans
- 1/3tsp oliv oil
- 1tsp butter
earlier in the day rub down the meat with the seasoning then wrap in foil along with onions and olive oil. When your ready to eat just pull it out of the foil and throw it all on the heat( I used an grill you put over your stove so onions were not a problem) cook corn and green beans and mix in1/2 tsp of buttereach and then season with salt at pepper to taste. Then Enjoy
