Recipe # 1

Yesterday I started writing about my experiences with the Zone and after only one day I cant really say how I feel about it. I was hungry at some points during the day but for the most part eating 5 times a day is a change that looks like it will be fore the better. I also am supposed to be eating 20 blocks of food a day but only made 17 yesterday, so we will see how that goes and I might just stick with 17. Here though is what I had for dinner last night. \
  1. 5 oz ground turkey (1.5oz=1block protien)
  2. 2 corn tortillas (1, 6 in tortilla = 1 block carb)
  3. 1/4 cup black beans ( 1 block= carbs )
  4. 2 tsp SourCream (1 tsp= 1 block of fat )
  5. 1 TBS Guacamole (1/2 TBS = 1 bock of fat)
  6. 4oz wine (1 block of carb)
It was a great 4 block meal that left me full untill close to 4 hours later when I had to remind my self to eat again.
