As a side note. When ever pull-ups come up from now on assume ( unless otherwise noted ) that they are chest to bar pull-ups. This may mean that you have to go up in band size slightly but in the long run this will serve to make you stronger. The reasoning behind this is the same as the reason push-ups are chest to ground ( as opposed to nose or chin or whatever to ground). It provides a specific set of standards that can be measured and evaluated.
