Make sure to spend plenty of time warming up the hips and the shoulders using squats, pull throughs, and hip Mobility drills. Today is also a great day to spend some time practicing on your weakness ( Hand stands, Double-unders, ect. ) during the warm-up as that skill work can provide an excellent full bady warm-up.
In other news, as you can see by the pictures the gym is beginning to come together now that all of the equipment is out of my garage and in the building. This week will be the first week all the classes will be held there. The address is 138 S K st. While not officially open for business, there are plenty of workouts going on in there during the week. So give me a call and stop on by.
