Jerk

5-3-3-2-2-1-1

warm up to a Heavy set of 5 then increase to near a 3 rep max and finaly go for a PR on the 2 sets of 1















This was the 6am class I ran at CrossFit Malibu, If you are ever in the area you should definately stop by. Great coaching and great people.
