Some exciting things happening soon. First up there is an open invitation to come with Correy and I to the CrossFit Stone making party this weekend registration is 50$ for which you get to attend a stone making seminar, goal setting seminar with Gregg Amundsen, Q&A with Coach Glassman, BBQ with a bunch of great CrossFitters, and a Strongman Seminar led by Rob Oralando. Any one of these events is worth more than the 50$ price tag. You are on your own for travel and lodging but it is a great opportunity.
