The Crossfit Games site for this year Just went live today. There is a 250,000 Grand Prize for the man and woman who win at the home depot center. IN addition to that prize there is over $2000 a week being awarded to the man and woman who come in 1st on each WOD. If you haven't registered yet then go and do it right now. It is only 10$ and for that price you get to take part in the games.
We will be running games workouts every Wed starting next week. If you want get your score validated as a time to send in then please let me know ahead of time so that I can arrange for a judge to be present. even if you do not feel that you have a chance at advancing to the next round this is still a great opportunity to compete and see just where you stand.
