This week marks the last week of the spring leaning challenge. Every One needs to bring in their Food Journal for the past 12 Weeks ( no matter how incomplete it may be). Also come in prepared to rock your previous times on this weeks WoDs.
We will doing 3RM Snatches today followed by a heavy set of 3 on the back squat doing your best to hit a weight that is around 10 pounds heavier than last week.
