WoD 111121 Back Squats and Thanks Giving Schedule

Back Squats
1-1-1-1-1-1-1

make sure to change it up again. IF you have done both banded and no band squats then do something else.
Some Ideas :
Box Squats
hanging Kettle Bells
axel
weight vest
High bar
low bar
some combination of the above or something you think up your self.


Also This weeks Schedule
Monday -Regular Hours
Tuesday- Regular Hours except for the Olympic Lifting class which is canceled all week
Wednesday- 7:30 am / 4pm / 5PM
Thursday-  Gym Closed But you can catch a bunch of us at the Turkey Trot @7 am 
Friday- Closed (have fun with your black Friday Shopping)
Saturday - Closed
