The CrossFit Games claim To find the "Fittest on Earth" Any one who has ever done a CrossFit Work out knows that the competition the games competitors ensures that whoever wins has earned their title. This year the test was made even more grueling with the addition of another day. Traditionally the games have started on Friday and continues through Sunday, this year however they started on Wednesday today with 2 events. The first was a grueling triathlon which took the fastest person nearly 2 hours to complete. That was followed up by a head to head competition on the Camp Pendleton obstacle course. On that note A quick reminder that Friday and Saturday this week the gym will be closed as I will be down at the games
