A quick note on the goat work. We will be focusing on the one movement that you picked for a few weeks. About twice a week we will spend some time focusing on improving these movements. Since everyone picked different movements there will be days that your movement shows up in the me tcon as well as in the focused goat work time. The goat work is the priority on these days. Do not hold back, if we need to we can scale the met con to something more manageable.

We will spend some time Mobilizing before this one. Take a look at MobilityWoD.com for some ideas if you would like to bring your own, other wise we will be making good use of out mobility posters.
Spending time Mobilizing every night on your own is imperative to you performing your absolute best focus on it tomorrow and ask questions if you are unsure of what to do, so that when you take these exercises home you know what they should feel like. You will also have a chance to work on your specific mobility problems inherent in this work out.
