Today's bench Mark
The 4 Pm Strength class will be doing strength work
if you haven't done hellen make sure to come to one of the other classes in order to get it in

Banded Bench Press 5x3
Bent Over Barbell Row 3x8
Tricep Press Down 3x max reps
GhD Sit Ups



Hellen

Run 400m
21 Kettle bell Swings
12 Pull Ups

This is the first retest during this benchmark week and it is a work out we have done nearly every month since July. This is a great test of your general fitness hit it hard and lets keep those Pr's coming.
