WOD 121112


A few announcements for the rest of the month for scheduling. 

Wednesday Dec 19th There will be no 6 pm class. To make it up to you we will hold a 6pm class that Friday ( the 21st) 

The gym will be closed on the 24th and 25th and we will back to normal schedule on the 26th 

If you are able to make the 4 pm strength class and haven't you are missing out. There has been a big emphasis on strongman movements lately with yoke carries, farmer carries fat bar work, and much more. If you can make it in you should definitely give it a try. 

Every one has been doing a great job in the gym lately, I want to remind all of you that WoDify has a Meal journal function that you can use to request reviews, on your diet in order to ensure you continue to progress towards your goals.
