Great Job on a tough work out today guys, everyone did a fantastic job. we have been doing a little bit of work on the kip lately. I personally prefer for you to develop a strict pull up first and then to develop the ability to get 3 sets of 6-10 strict pull ups before moving on to the kip. If this is not you then some of the drills we have been doing are great for shoulder mobility and strength as well as developing coordination, however with high rep pull ups you would be better off scaling in such a way that we can develop the required strength first. That being said many of you are ready to start incorporating the kip and we are working on giving everyone in the gym and efficient kip that will further develop your athleticism.
to further that process here are a couple videos on the kipping pull up that teach it in slightly different ways than I do perhaps some of the other cues will make more sense to you .
