The last few weeks the 6pm class has been packed full and it is a lot of fun. However in an effort to continue to give every one as much 1-1 attention as possible I am looking at adding 1 couple of 7pm Classes during the week. If you would be interested in attending a 7pm class during the week let me know and if there is enough interest we will add a couple of classes during the week on a trial basis. to test out attendance. Remember when we add new classes you vote with your attendance. so long as people are there I will keep expanding the schedule based on need.

Also While a day late I would like to announce the addition of some limited open gym hours. From 2pm to 4Pm we will have open gym Monday through Friday on a test basis. open gym is a time for you to come in and work on whatever it is you want. It can be used to work on skills or make up a missed work out it doesent really matter. Currently only offered as part of the full unlimited membership if you want to take advantage of this offering come and talk to me to work it out.

Open Gym is only during Non Class Times once class starts the gym floor will need to be cleared if you are not taking part in the class.

Finally we have offered a strength only class for a while now on Monday Wednesday Friday at 4pm. I would like to see who is interested in an endurance based specialty class. If there is enough interest then at the start of the new year we will add a couple more specialty classes based on improving your endurance. These classes will be especially good for those of you who enjoy tough mudders, spartan races or other similar events.
