We have gotten great responses on all of our prospective classes. So Much so in fact that it is hard for me to keep track of what. SO in order for me to understand what you guys want better I need you guys to just leave a comment with what classes you are interested in.
below is a list of the classes
7pm CrossFit class: Only put this if it is a time you could come to regularly not a once in a while type of thing.
It will be a regular CrossFit class just like all the others
Strength specialty class; This is a class already offered on MWF at 4pm. it focus on all thigns strength rotating through a few different focuses, Namely Olympic Lifting, Power Lifting, Strong Man, and the occasional inclusion of Body Building style workouts. It is an hour long class focused on one thing, and that is making you strong.
Womens only strength class: this would be a class focused primarily on Barbell movements and would happen on saturdays at 9am. If you are interested in additional days please let me know and perhaps we can make it happen. ( I have heard some people asking for a mens only if there is enough interest for this as well we can add it in as well)
Endurance class : Days not set yet, but it would be a class devoted to improving this single aspect of your fitness with an emphasis on Running and Rowing but also including biking and swimming. Most likely would happen on Tuesday and Thursday at 4 though there is the possibility of some other times.
And finally I passed out some sheet with the new pricing as of December 1 if you did not get them please email me if you would like to get one and I will get it out to you.
