Updated Schedule

Schedule Changes for the new year. starting Jan 7th

6am : Monday Tuesday Thursday Friday
730am : Monday Tuesday Thursday Friday
4pm Monday -Friday ( Specialty classes, MWF- Strength, T Th Endurance)
5 pm Monday- Friday
6pm Monday Tuesday Thursday Friday
7pm Tuesday Thursday
saturday 10 am
Saturday 9 am womens only strength class is back ( this will be a good addition to the normal group class on Saturday )


the specialty classes are on a trial basis and completely dependent on attendance show up if you want them to stick around.  Weekday strength and endurance classes as well as Saturday women's class all depend on your attendance

the 7pm class will function as an intro class and so it will not be the posted workout.
